The Sino-Japan food culture exchange was held in Huai'an on September 23. The chefs invited the participants to make Chinese and Japanese delicacies, such as Huai'an Wontons, turtle soup, sushi, etc., and shared fine food with them. The Chinese and Japanese food entrepreneurs exchanged their views on the promotion of food culture and the development of the food industry of the two countries.
