The financing agreement and the loan granting ceremony of the "Sugang Loans" was held on May 13, in Huai'an.

The "Sugang Loans" with low interest rates are granted to the enterprises with a standardized employment system, which can provide sufficient and stable job opportunities. These loans are mainly used to help the real economy and small, medium, and micro enterprises to provide more jobs. The Huai'an branch of the Bank of China is among the first batch of cooperative units of "Sugang Loans". Bank of China and the local government have made a directory of over 1600 enterprises. Up to now, 19 enterprises have reached the intention of credit extension with the Huai'an branch of the Bank of China, with a credit of 102 million yuan. Among them, ten have completed credit granting, with a credit of 34.66 million yuan. Three representative enterprises were granted "Sugang loan" of 19.45 million yuan at the ceremony.
