From January to August, the general public budget revenue completed 21.53 billion yuan in Huai'an, an increase of 20.6% year-on-year. It is 14.4% higher than that of 2019, with an average growth of 7.2% in two years. To be specific, the tax revenue reached 17.31 billion yuan, up 24.2% from 2020 and 13.4% from 2019, with an average growth of 6.7% in two consecutive years. The city's tax revenue accounted for 80.4%, 2.3 percentage points higher than the same period last year. Non-tax revenue achieved 3.92 billion yuan, a 7.7% growth compared with the previous year. Fiscal revenue showed restorative growth, without being influenced by the current epidemic yet.
