Since the beginning of 2021, Huai'an Customs has continuously optimized the business environment at Huai'an port by putting forward the following services: "Six Suggestions by Huai'an Customs", "Problem Clearing for Enterprises", "Half-Monthly Service for Enterprises", and "Escort and Follow-up Service for Enterprises". It also painted accurate portraits for more than 350 enterprises, customized service packages for them, and actively promoted the work mechanisms of two-step application, direct delivery by ships, and direct loading at the port, which improved clearance efficiency to a great extent. From January to August, the import and export of Huai'an reached 3.73 billion US dollars, an increase of 31.9%, and has achieved positive growth for 15 consecutive months since June last year.
