On September 13, Huai'an Municipal Government officially issued "Policies for Promoting the High-Quality Development of Scientific and Technological Innovation and Building a National Innovative City", in order to accelerate its national innovative city construction, improve its capacity of independent innovation, and promote its high-quality development of S&T innovation. 16 "golden" measures will be adopted in six aspects, i.e. vigorously carrying out S&T investment, promoting the growth of S&T enterprises, increasing the support of S&T finance, strengthening the transfer and transformation of S&T achievements, attaching importance to the construction of S&T talents and optimizing the innovation service system. The construction of national innovative city in Huai'an will be supported in an all-round and multi-level way.
