Since this year, Huai'an has innovatively developed itself in S&T, mechanism and mode, and actively promoted relevant systems to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the full mechanization of grain production.

First of all, new agricultural mechanization service organizations have been cultivated. Since this year, 15 reception service stations of cross-area harvest operation machines have been established, and all kinds of agricultural machinery have been checked and repaired up to 24,000 units.

Secondly, the reduction of machine harvest loss has been effective implemented. The city and county levels have invested a total of 8 million to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural equipment. When the ear difference of grains and the moisture content are normal, the loss rate of wheat machine harvest maintains at about 1.2%.

Thirdly, a sound technical support system for agricultural machinery has been built, followed by trainings on new agricultural machinery technologies such as efficient plant protection and grain drying. Since 2021, a total of two training sessions at all levels have been organized for more than 200 agricultural machinery technicians.
