In the first half of 2021, Huai'an Municipal Tax Service strictly implemented the policies of export tax rebates, strengthened its services and risk prevention and control, as well as promoted the smooth launch of its new tax rebate system. By the end of June, a total of 1.593 billion yuan of export tax rebates were handled.

Huai'an Tax Service has done a good job in putting the new system online, as well as comprehensively improving its work efficiency. On top of the service channels such as email, telephone, QQ and WeChat, tax preferential policies were delivered to enterprises instantly by fully utilizing DingTax platform. Also, it optimized the approval process, accelerated the speed of tax rebates, and ensured that the funds could arrive as soon as possible. Meanwhile, methods including non-contact processing, online data collection, online risk reminder and 24-hour online consultation were provided to meet the service needs of enterprises. The average time for the city to review and handle normal export tax rebates in the first half of the year is 1.27 working days, and the efficiency of Huai'an tax rebates has been greatly improved.
