Recently, Huai'an Market Supervision Bureau and the Management Committee of Huai'an Economic and Technological Development Zone decided to invested 300000 yuan to establish the Dingli market for family workshops, a model market for the rectification and improvement project of family workshops. The market covering an area of 2000 square meters features Huaiyang cuisine. It will be renovated with unified standards, complete facilities, and standardized management. It is divided into meat products processing area, bean processing area, and noodle and pastries processing area, which can accommodate more than 20 workshops. The market has offices, training rooms, testing rooms, public toilets, cultural walls, and product introduction, which guarantee the closed production process and transparency of supervision channels.
