On September 29, the commencement ceremony of Huai'an major industrial projects was held in Hongze district, where Huai'an Fantawild project is located. The construction of 72 major industrial projects will start, with a total investment of 37.3 billion yuan. 10 projects are located in Hongze district, with a total investment of nearly 10 billion yuan, among them, Fantawild project is listed in the major project investment plan of Jiangsu province in 2018.
Huai'an Fantawild project covers an area of 1,650 mu, with a total investment of 6 billion yuan, and this year's planned investment reaches 800 million yuan. The project consists of three parts of Boonie Bears theme park, the cultural and creative demonstration park of Road to Revival and Boonie Bears Town. AR, VR and other high-tech means are adopted to create a large-scale high-tech theme park that integrates participation, interaction and experience. The project is scheduled to be completed in two years and is expected to receive 5 million visitors annually.
After the completion of the project, Fantawild project will drive the growth of tourism revenue in the whole city of Huai'an, of which the ticket revenue alone can reach more than 1 billion yuan. It will also have a significant driving effect on the industry of the whole region, and it is expected to promote the development of service industry including hotels, catering, trading and logistics to realize the added value of around 8 billion yuan.
