By region, the number of approved (filed) enterprise investment projects and total investment in Lianshui County and the Industrial Park both increased year-on-year. Xuyi County had the largest number of approved (filed) enterprise investment projects, which was 1,566, representing a year-on-year increase of 109.92% and accounting for 20.39% of the city's total. Huaiyin District had the highest investment amount, RMB 163.861 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 3.72%, accounting for 20.19% of the city's total.

By industry, there were 469 primary industry projects, a year-on-year increase of 5.16%, with a total investment of approximately RMB 72.33 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 10.52%, accounting for 9% of the city's total investment. There were 6,182 secondary industry projects, a year-on-year increase of 50.78%, with a total investment of approximately RMB 545.998 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 25.90%, accounting for 67% of the city's total investment. There were 1,029 tertiary industry projects, a year-on-year decrease of 24.00%, with a total investment of approximately RMB 193.388 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 20.15%, accounting for 24% of the city's total investment.
