By region, Lianshui County and the Industrial Park saw year-on-year growth in both the number of approved (filed) enterprise investment projects and total investment. Xuyi County had the highest cumulative number of approved (filed) enterprise investment projects, totaling 1,418, a year-on-year increase of 116.16%, accounting for 20.66% of the city's total. Huaiyin District had the highest investment amount, reaching RMB 144.727 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 7.26%, accounting for 19.55% of the city's total.

By industry, there were 428 primary industry projects, a year-on-year increase of 5.42%, with a total investment of approximately RMB 65.367 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 13.73%, accounting for 9% of the city's total investment. There were 5,532 secondary industry projects, a year-on-year increase of 57.25%, with a total investment of approximately RMB 500.206 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 22.68%, accounting for 67% of the city's total investment. There were 902 tertiary industry projects, a year-on-year decrease of 28.81%, with a total investment of approximately RMB 174.771 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 23.89%, accounting for 24% of the city's total investment.
