Currently, the construction of the Characteristic Pastoral Complex Project, with a total investment of about 2.2 billion yuan, is progressing steadily. As an important part of the Canal Gallery in Huai'an, Plot A of the project covers a total area of 228.20 hectares. The 150.4-hectare land of the agricultural comprehensive construction project has been planted except for the land for construction, ditches, road, and special plantation.

The comprehensive agricultural construction project on Plot A was contracted by the City Green Gardening and Landscape Engineering Co Ltd. and was jointly implemented by the Shuirun Company. With insurance of COVID-19 control, construction safety, and personnel security, the project is rapidly moving forward. The land will be transformed into high-standard fertile farmland when the project is completed.
