The first signing ceremony of ten projects for Ninghuai Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park was held on May 20, 2022, in Nanjing. These projects with a total investment of 5.3 billion yuan are expected to generate a total output value of 10.4 billion yuan and an annual profit and tax of 1.1 billion yuan by 2025.

Ninghuai Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is located in Xuyi county, Huai'an City, with a planned area of 8.21 square kilometers. The construction in phase I with an area of one square kilometer was completed in 2021 and the facilities cover an area of 250000 square meters. Another two square kilometers will be developed this year with the industrial facilities covering an area of 300000 square meters. During the 14th Five Year Plan period, the park will rely on the advantageous industries of Nanjing and the industrial foundation of Huai'an, strengthen the two-way linkage and integration of the industrial chain in Nanjing and Huai'an, and build a co-construction mode of "headquarters + base" and "R & D + production".
