The construction of OVU Hongze Ecological Economy Demonstration Park with a total investment of three billion yuan kicked off recently in the Hongze Economic Development Zone. This is the second large investment project in the Hongze district after the Taihua new material project with a total investment of 12 billion yuan, whose construction started on January 8.

This project covering an area of 467 mu focuses on the development of new materials, new-generation information technologies, intelligent manufacturing, and industrial Internet industries. After completion, this project can realize an annual sales revenue of more than five billion yuan and tax revenue of more than 200 million yuan.
