Huai'an Wisdom Valley (Huai'an Science and Technology Industrial Park) project phase II initiated in February 2020 is jointly developed and constructed by ZHONGWAY Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Huai'an Science and Education Industry Investment Holding Co., Ltd. It is a complex of R & D offices, commerce, hotels, etc. with a total investment of 650 million yuan. This project covers an area of 84.79 mu, and a floor area of about 125000 square meters, including 90000 square meters of aboveground area and 35000 square meters of underground area (including civil air defense works). This project will be developed into a model industrial park for scientific and technological R & D, the incubation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, which can provide technology and talent support for the development of Huai'an and the surrounding areas. After the completion of the project, it will create 5000 new jobs, and attract no less than five leading enterprises and twelve foreign-funded enterprises. It is expected to grow into a top innovative science and technology industrial park in Jiangsu and China.
