To implement the dynamic adjustment mechanism for major industrial projects in Huai'an, the Huai'an Municipal Development and Reform Commission has completed a mid-year restructuring of the 2025 municipal major industrial project list. The revised project list has been approved by the municipal government and circulated to all district-level and county-level parks. After the adjustment, there are 399 major industrial projects with a total investment of RMB 444.597 billion and an annual planned investment of RMB 158.374 billion, including 331 industrial projects with an annual planned investment of RMB 148.01 billion, 20 service industry projects with an annual planned investment of RMB 5.923 billion, 8 agricultural projects with an annual planned investment of RMB 3.1 billion, and 40 technology projects with an annual planned investment of RMB 1.341 billion.
