In the first quarter of 2025, 22 of Huai'an's 25 provincial major projects have been started, with an investment of RMB 9.385 billion, completing 32.68% of the annual plan and exceeding the scheduled progress by 7.68 percentage points. Furthermore, 336 of the 403 major municipal industrial projects have been started, with an investment of RMB 47.296 billion, completing 30.02% of the annual plan and exceeding the scheduled progress by 5.02 percentage points.
