Since the beginning of this year, Huai'an has made project construction its top priority. The city has adopted goal-driven and problem-solving strategies, harnessing enthusiasm and applying pressure to expedite and improve the efficiency of major projects.
Between January and June, 19 major projects commenced across 20 provinces, amounting to an investment of RMB 16.045 billion. This represents 73.87% of the annual plan, surpassing the schedule by 23.87 percentage points. Furthermore, 15 projects are either on schedule or ahead of it.
Out of the 365 major municipal industrial projects, 326 have commenced, involving an investment of RMB 88.744 billion and achieving 62.14% of the annual plan. This exceeds the scheduled timeline by 12.14 percentage points. Additionally, 305 projects have met or exceeded the scheduled timeline, representing 93.56% of all initiated projects. In terms of construction, 83 ongoing projects have achieved an investment of RMB 47.263 billion, fulfilling 69.26% of the annual plan. Additionally, 282 new projects have secured an investment of RMB 41.481 billion, accounting for 55.62% of the annual plan. Regarding industry categories, 340 industrial projects achieved an investment of RMB 82.714 billion, fulfilling 62.54% of the annual plan. 19 service projects secured an investment of RMB 4.5 billion, meeting 50.87% of the annual target. Additionally, 6 agricultural projects saw an investment of RMB 1.53 billion, accomplishing 88.95% of the annual goal.
