In the first quarter, 17 out of 20 major provincial projects in Huai'an commenced construction, with a completed investment of RMB 9.132 billion, achieving 42.04% of the annual plan and surpassing the scheduled progress by 17.04 percentage points. Among the 8 key provincial privately funded industrial projects, 5 started construction, attracting an investment of RMB 0.812 billion. As for the 365 major municipal industrial projects, 311 commenced construction, with an investment of RMB 45.182 billion, achieving 31.64% of the annual plan and exceeding the scheduled progress by 6.64 percentage points. Among them, 286 projects have already met or exceeded the scheduled progress, accounting for 91.96% of the projects under construction. In total, there were 27 ongoing major industrial projects with an investment of over RMB 5 billion, accumulating a completed investment of RMB 19.22 billion, achieving 30.4% of the annual plan, and surpassing the scheduled progress by 5.4 percentage points. Among these, 18 projects have already reached or exceeded the scheduled progress in terms of investment completion, accounting for 66.7% of the total projects.
