During the January to November period, 392 major industrial projects in Huai'an City successfully achieved a total annual investment of 160.353 billion yuan, surpassing the annual plan by 110.29% and exceeding the schedule by an impressive 18.62 percentage points. Notably, 97.7% of these projects, totaling 383, either met or exceeded their respective schedules.

Furthermore, 15 major provincial projects saw significant progress, with a combined annual investment of 31.63 billion yuan. This achievement represents an outstanding 138.36% of the annual plan, surpassing the scheduled progress by a remarkable 46.69 percentage points.
