Huai'an will implement 182 key projects of central city construction in ten categories in 2023, with a total investment of 115.7 billion yuan and an annual investment of 20.84 billion yuan. The projects include sixteen transportation hub construction projects with an annual investment of 5.91 billion yuan; twenty-seven road network optimization and upgrading projects with an annual investment of 1.04 billion yuan; twelve flood control and drainage construction projects with an annual investment of 3.06 billion yuan; twenty-four residential construction projects with an annual investment of 4.45 billion yuan; twenty ecological garden construction projects with an annual investment of 380 million yuan; twenty-four Baili Gallery construction projects with an annual investment of 2.73 billion yuan; eight living environment improvement projects with an annual investment of 130 million yuan; thirty-one education and health construction projects with an annual investment of 2.24 billion yuan; twelve new infrastructure construction projects with an annual investment of 410 million yuan; and eight governance capacity enhancement projects with an annual investment of 490 million.
