Registered capital should be transferred to its account by stages. Those companies established by the lest registered capital of Company Law should provide first funds not less than 10 percent of that it should provide (first provided funds should be no less than 30 thousand Yuan). 50 percent registered capital will be reached within one year, and the other ones should be reached within 3 years.

Registered conditions for companies are broadened. As for those parent companies whose registered capital are above 30 million Yuan with more than 4 subsidiary companies or comprehensive registered capital of parent companies and subsidiary companies is above 50 million Yuan, our Administration for Industry and Commerce will help to precede a provincial name.
