From spot check data on labor force of the second quarter of this year, it was showed that employment ratio in Huai'an was 75.65%, which increased by 5.36% compared to 70.29% in the last year. 

Since the beginning of this year, Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government put expanding employment into outstanding position of economical and social development, implemented active employment policy, sticked to the policy of "workers self-employment, market adjusting employment and government promoting employment ", enlarged employment channels and enhanced employment rate to increase stably.
