According to relative state notice and requirement of provincial annual inspection department, Huai’an annual inspection work group will carry out united inspection on operation conditions for foreign-invested enterprises from April 1^st to May 31^st.

Ⅰ. Enterprises who attend the inspection

All foreign-invested enterprises registered in Huai’an and founded before Dec 31^st, 2009, should hand on annual inspection materials to Huai’an Foreign Economic and Trade Bureau, Huai’an Financial Bureau, National Taxation Bureau, Local Taxation Bureau, Foreign Exchange Administration and Statistics Bureau.

Ⅱ. Schedule of annual inspection

Enterprises should fill in data on internet from April 1^st to May 31^st, 2010;

And can modify or add information before June 10^th.

Ⅲ. Means of annual inspection

Internet annual inspection should be carried out comprehensively. All enterprises which attend inspection should report all information through internet, and submit paper materials to county or district foreign economic and trade bureau after completion of online audit. Qualified enterprises of annual inspection should be offered with special marks by municipal foreign economic and trade bureau.

Ⅳ. Procedure annual inspection

From April 1^st, enterprises which attend the inspection should visit website of Ministry of Commercial Affairs to read "Notice on annual inspection", "Instruction on filling in annual inspection reports", "Operation manual of annual inspection" and other related documents.

Enterprises can also ask nearest county (district) foreign economic and trade bureau for filling in information.

Ⅴ. Requirements for people applying for annual inspection

Enterprises should assign financial accounting personnel to do annual inspection applying works, in order to ensure quality of data for the inspection.

Ⅵ. Disposal for enterprises which do not apply for annual inspection in time or do not attend the inspection

All enterprises which do not apply for annual inspection in time or do not attend the inspection will be punished according to relative laws and rules.
