To serve those who need to apply for certificates and the tourists to Huai'an in Spring Festival, the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of Huai'an decides to open some of its service windows in Spring Festival. The schedule is as follows:

I. Extended Service Time and Reservation Service Time

Some windows will be opened three days in the festival from 9:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 17:00 on January 24 (New Year's Eve), January 27 (the third day of the first lunar month), and January 28 (the fourth day of the first lunar month).

II. Extended Service 

1. Natural Resources Bureau: personal real estate registration and consultation. Tel: 0517-83888402.

2. Public Security Bureau (Immigration Window): replacement of mainland travel permits for Taiwan residents, examination and approval of residence permits for foreigners, exit-entry permits for travelling to and from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and issuance of ordinary passports for private use by Chinese citizens. III. Reservation Service

The names of the persons on duty and their telephone numbers will be provided in these windows for reservation.

IV. Efficiency Supervision

The staff members of the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau will check the attendance of those who will be on duty in those windows, supervise their service, and count the cases handled.
