In accordance with the Civil Air Defense Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for the Implementation of the Civil Air Defense Law of the People's Republic of China in Jiangsu Province, and with the approval of the provincial government, September 18 of each year is designated as the unified air strike alarm test day across the province. On that day, Huai'an City will conduct air strike alarm tests as required. The test will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 10:19 a.m. on September 18, 2025.

The regulations and durations of the air strike alarm signals are as follows:

At 10:00, the pre-alarm will sound. Sound for 36 seconds, pause for 24 seconds, repeat this cycle three times, for a total duration of 3 minutes.

At 10:08, the air strike alarm will sound. Sound for 6 seconds, pause for 6 seconds, repeat this cycle 15 times, for a total duration of 3 minutes.

At 10:16, the all-clear alarm will sound. Sound continuously for 3 minutes.

During the air strike alarm test, all citizens and visitors in Huai'an are requested not to panic upon hearing the alarm signals. Maintain regular work and daily routines, and please pay attention to recognizing and familiarizing yourself with the air strike alarm signals.
