According to the requirements of Interim Measures for Uniform Registration of Natural Resources, the ownership of natural resources in Hongze Lake has been registered in line with the principles of public ownership of resources, legal rights in rem, and unified registration of rights since the publication of this notice. It is hereby notified as follows.

1. Pre-division of the registration units of natural resource

The natural resource of Hongze Lake is divided into one registration unit based on the management scope, the embankments, and the shoreline of the water area of the lake.

2. Duration for the registration of the natural resources

The first registration of the natural resources will take about three months.

3. Types and scope of the natural resources

State ownership and natural ecological space of the natural resources such as water flows and forests in the registration unit.

The registration area covers six counties and districts (see the annex).

4. Miscellaneous

Relevant entities such as representatives /agents of natural resource ownership, collective land owners, and state-owned land use rights holders shall cooperate in the confirmation and registration of the rights of the natural resource.
