Office of leading group of external propaganda (News Office of Municipal Government) is established in Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department, its main functions include:
To be responsible for organizing and coordinating external propaganda work, compile schemes of external propaganda; exploit overseas media and cultural communication, and contact to foreign reporters who come to visit; to be responsible for organization and coordination of propaganda of key incidents, coordinate making, auditing, releasing, evaluating of propaganda products, and organize training for professional team of external propaganda.
