Huaiyang Cuisine Cultural Museum is located in Huai’an, where Huaiyang cuisine, one of China's four major cuisines, is originated. The construction of the museum started on July 8th, 2009 and finished on October 9th, 2009. It is a cultural museum with the theme of cuisine, covering an area of 6,500 square meters. The museum applies modern technology to present the development, innovation and prosperity of the culture of Huaiyang cuisine.
