Wang Yaoqing, original named Ruizhen, styled Zhiting, alias Juchi later Yaoqing, had a studio named Gumao Room. He was engaged in Beijing Opera from his early years. His achievements can be roughly divided into three steps as follow: perform the traditional professional dramas well firstly; secondly revise the plays with flaws on its content and style to make it perfect and rational. The last one is writing and performing new plays to seek and practice art innovation. His inheriting, innovation and creation of Opera art made unprecedented achievement and open up a wide and long art road.
